Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Salesforce Developer

to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions for a large government organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience along with expertise in

Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Salesforce integrations, platform migrations, and CI/CD

.

The candidate will work closely with technical managers, architects, business stakeholders, developers, and end users to define requirements, develop technical solutions, manage releases, and ensure Salesforce applications meet security, performance, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business and CRM requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders, customers, architects, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce configuration tools

.

• Work with

Service Cloud and Experience Cloud/Digital Experience Sites

.

• Lead and support

Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migrations

.

• Migrate legacy Visualforce portals to Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and cloud/on-premises applications using

REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, and SSO

.

• Develop

Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex

solutions.

• Configure Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, and other declarative/no-code solutions.
• Support data migration, data quality, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Salesforce development.
• Work with

GoMeddo or comparable Salesforce scheduling solutions

and

Conga Composer

.

• Design secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce architecture.
• Manage Salesforce development and release processes, including branching, merging, deployments, and change management.
• Support

SFDX and Azure DevOps-based CI/CD processes

.

• Identify technical risks and issues and develop appropriate solutions.
• Establish and maintain development standards and best practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable security and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with developers working on other systems to support enterprise-wide integration.
• Develop technical documentation and training plans to support transition to Maintenance \& Operations.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate solutions effectively to technical and business leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 6\+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
• 4\+ years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5\+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• 5\+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud/Digital Experience Sites experience.
• Strong experience migrating

Salesforce Classic to Lightning

.

• Experience migrating

legacy Visualforce portals to Digital Experience Sites

.

• 5\+ years of GoMeddo Scheduling or comparable Salesforce scheduling product experience.
• 5\+ years of Conga Composer experience.
• 3\+ years of Salesforce Lightning/LWC development experience.
• Hands-on experience with

SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle

.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using

REST/SOAP APIs

.

• Experience with authentication technologies such as

OAuth and SSO

.

• Experience with Salesforce data migration and third-party integrations.
• Experience with

Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD and release-management tools

.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified

Platform Developer II

• Salesforce

Experience Cloud Certification

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Experience with Health Cloud.
• Experience working in government or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and FedRAMP-related environments.
