Investment Banking Analyst / Junior Associate – Sell Side M&A

We are currently partnering with a leading Investment Bank in New York that is actively looking to hire high-performing Analysts and Junior Associates into its growing Healthcare Services Investment Banking team.

The team advises clients across a broad range of strategic transactions including Sell Side M\&A, Buy Side M\&A, Capital Raises, and other strategic advisory mandates within the Healthcare Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support live M\&A transactions, with a strong focus on Sell Side advisory mandates
• Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, CIMs, and management materials
• Conduct industry and company research across the Healthcare Services landscape
• Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with clients, buyers, and senior bankers
• Work closely with senior team members on transaction execution and origination efforts

Candidate Requirements

• Current Investment Banking Analyst or Junior Associate at a recognised Investment Bank or Boutique Advisory firm
• Strong experience executing Sell Side M\&A transactions is essential
• Healthcare Services experience is preferred, however candidates from other sector teams will also be considered provided they have strong Sell Side M\&A exposure
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
