Position:
Primary Teacher – Hindi
Job Summary
To teach Hindi to primary students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum, develop language skills, and create an engaging, child-friendly learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Hindi lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension.
- Use interactive, activity-based, and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide remedial support wherever required.
- Maintain academic records and communicate student progress to parents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Hindi from a recognised university.
- B.El.Ed. or B.Ed., as applicable under CBSE requirements.
Experience
- 2–5 years of primary teaching experience preferred.
- Experience in a CBSE school is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of Hindi language and grammar.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in activity-based teaching and basic digital teaching tools.
- Patience, creativity, and a child-centred approach.
