Director of Product

A leading compliance platform are seeking a Director of Product. The company combines deep compliance expertise with cutting edge technology to support organisations with AML and fraud issues.

Role Overview

The Director of Product will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s SaaS platform.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a product and compliance strategist who combines technical and market fluency with a customer centric mindset - someone who can define the roadmap, drive innovation, and collaborate with partners to bring new solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities of the Director of Product:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the company’s anti-fraud platform
• Partner with technology, operations, and compliance teams to define product requirements, features, and delivery timelines.
• Serve as a Product and Compliance SME in key roadmap discussions with stakeholders and other teams
• Answer detailed practitioner-level questions from financial crime professionals and guide customers on workflows, rules, and case handling.
• Stay on top of industry trends, regulation changes and new technology

Key Requirements of the Director of Product \& Growth:

• Deep understanding of compliance technology, financial crime or risk management
• Deep AML / financial crime domain expertise, ideally from hands-on compliance work
• Experience managing full product lifecycles from concept through launch.
• Banking experience is strongly preferred, since the team wants broader banking-oriented product thinking and terminology
• Strong knowledge of AML, fraud, fincrime frameworks.

The company are offering $220,000 for this position, with flexibility if needed for standout candidates. It is a fully remote role with an excellent benefits package.
