Senior IT Project Manager

You’ll join a leading international industrial group undergoing a major ERP transformation. The environment is global, complex, and highly visible at executive level.

The role

You take ownership of large-scale IT projects, mainly focused on SAP S/4HANA deployment and related finance/process transformations.

You operate at the intersection of business, IT, and external partners, driving projects end-to-end across multiple international sites.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle IT projects (business case → delivery → handover)
• Drive SAP S/4HANA deployment across multiple sites
• Manage budgets (€5M\+), timelines, scope, risks, and quality
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT, business, finance, and vendors
• Lead governance (steering committees, reporting, escalation)
• Ensure alignment between global teams and local site execution
• Manage vendors and external partners
• Oversee UAT, change management, and training rollout
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices
• Mentor junior project managers

Your profile

• 10\+ years in IT project management in complex international environments
• Strong experience delivering large-scale programs (€5M\+)
• MUST: hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Solid understanding of finance processes (ERP/finance projects)
• Background in industrial / manufacturing environments is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management up to senior leadership level
• Experience working with vendors and global teams
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus

• French or German: a plus
