This strategic branding agency with a 19-year track record has built something most mid-sized shops haven't: a systematic approach to matching project teams with client psychology.
Their client roster spans globally recognised brands and the tech challengers reshaping entire industries - all managed through deliberate team curation rather than standard resource allocation.
The Role
You'll own 4 - 7 concurrent branding projects, each spanning 3 - 6 months, serving as the primary client contact while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to standard. This means developing detailed project plans with clear milestones, managing scope aggressively through structured change control, and coordinating cross-functional creative teams across the US and UK offices.
You'll work alongside the Head of Project Management, who sits on the leadership team and acts as Account Manager on every project, creating a collaborative two-person structure designed to balance client needs with internal momentum. The role demands commercial rigour: tracking burn rates, supporting change orders, and conducting post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement. Roughly 90% of clients are US-based tech companies, giving you concentrated exposure to B2B and B2C innovation sectors.
The Package
$70,000 - $80,000
Fully remote with flexibility to work anywhere in MST–EST time zones
Minimal travel requirements (approximately 5% annually)
Direct mentorship from department head with leadership team access
The Person
You're a Project Manager with 3 - 5 years in creative agencies or similar fast-paced environments, comfortable managing multiple complex timelines simultaneously. Experience with tech or SaaS B2B clients is preferred, given the client base.
You thrive in high-paced, ambiguous settings where creating structure and driving momentum matter more than following established processes. Most importantly, you're naturally curious about improving how things work rather than simply executing what exists.
