Creative Director

Overview
A leading clinical skincare brand is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Creative Director to lead the brand’s visual expression across all consumer touchpoints. This role is responsible for driving a cohesive, elevated, and performance-driven creative vision that supports brand growth, innovation, and market leadership.
The Creative Director will oversee a multidisciplinary internal creative team operating as a full-service in-house agency, producing all creative assets across digital, retail, packaging, and campaign channels. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting high-level creative vision and executing with precision, possessing a deep understanding of modern beauty, storytelling, and conversion-focused design.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overarching creative vision for the brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all channels and platforms
- Own and direct 360° campaign development from concept through execution across digital, social, retail, experiential, and e-commerce channels
- Oversee and actively contribute to packaging design, ensuring innovation, shelf impact, and alignment with brand equity
- Lead the development of in-store merchandising and retail environments that create compelling, conversion-driven consumer experiences
- Concept, direct, and produce best-in-class photo and video shoots, including campaign, product, and social content, while working effectively within nimble and creative budgets
- Maintain a hands-on approach to design execution, with the ability to jump into files, develop assets, and own projects from start to finish
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives across design, content, and production disciplines
- Operate the internal creative team as a high-functioning in-house agency, delivering high-quality work with speed, efficiency, and brand consistency
- Partner closely with Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, E-commerce, and Sales teams to align creative output with broader business objectives
- Establish and uphold creative processes, workflows, and standards that enable scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and the competitive landscape to continuously evolve the brand’s creative expression
- Requirements
- 10\+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within beauty or skincare required
- Proven expertise in 360° creative development, including campaigns, digital, retail, and content production
- Strong background in packaging design and in-store merchandising
- Demonstrated experience producing and directing photo and video shoots from concept through post-production
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact, brand-building creative work across multiple channels
- Experience managing and developing creative teams with a collaborative, performance-driven leadership style
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities

Salary Range of $165-190k
