Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Instructional Design And Development Coordinator to join our team! The Instructional Design and Development Coordinator is responsible for the design and development of learning activities, assignments, assessments, and instructional approaches in the development of online and hybrid (blended) training for Trillium Members, Providers, and Staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for the gathering, analysis, implementation, security, integration, training, maintenance, and end-user support of the My Learning Campus - Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, educational technologies, multimedia design, and/or learning
**analytics.

Configure, operate, maintain, and support the My Learning Campus LMS, ensuring performance, scalability, usability, and dat
- a integrity.Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS support, coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and users to troubleshoot system access, course deployment issues, and technical
- challenges.Manage day‑to‑day LMS functions including creating and maintaining courses, events, sessions, curricula, assignments, evaluations, and
- assessments.Monitor system performance, user activity, and data quality; recommend improvements and enhancements based on analytics and syst
- em behavior.Develop and maintain system integrations between the LMS and othe
- r platforms.Ensure configuration decisions consider cross‑functional impacts on workflows, reporting, and user
- experience.Design, develop, and refine digital learning content using LMS capabilities, instructional design methodologies, and adult learning principles to support knowledge development, skill building, and performance
- improvement.Analyze existing learning materials, curricula, and resources to improve learner engagement, accessibility, and alignment with intended learning outcomes. Create instructional graphics, user interfaces, and digital learning assets in collaboration with content development resources to enhance the overall learner
