The Opportunity

Following a successful financial restructuring and corporate transition with a prominent private equity partner, our organization is entirely debt-free with a fortified balance sheet and substantial cash on hand. Under the guidance of a fresh, people-focused executive leadership team hailing from major global brands, we are actively rebuilding our entire finance infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the Director of FP\&A, this position offers a truly transformational landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Corporate FP\&A Ownership:

Support core budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting workflows, keeping a tight lens on corporate SG\&A efficiency and departmental spending.

• Cross-Functional Partnership:

Act as a key finance partner to budget owners and business unit leaders across the organization to guide data-driven business decisions.

• Executive Presentation Support:

Assist in preparing financial narratives, routine monthly reports, and presentation decks for the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors.

• Financial Modeling \& Analytics:

Build and maintain financial models, track KPIs, and handle variance/trend analysis to flag anomalies and identify operational efficiencies.

• System Optimization:

Support the team's ongoing data infrastructure modernization, leveraging enterprise ERP data, dedicated planning tools, and business intelligence platforms.

What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)

• Experience:

At least 2 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP\&A).

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• Technical Stack:

Hands-on proficiency with specialized corporate planning software (Adaptive, Anaplan, Board, or Planful) and a strong grasp of data analysis or BI tools (Power BI).

• Financial Scope:

Solid knowledge of core corporate financial planning, full P\&L structures, and financial modeling.

• Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships cross-functionally and effectively communicate deliverables to non-financial stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or wholesale apparel industries.
• Prior exposure to evaluating corporate contract terms.

Compensation \& Premium Benefits

• Base Salary Range:

$80,000 – $95,000 per year DOE
