Field Supervisor – Heavy Civil \& Commercial GC (NYC)

Salary: Up to $120,000

We’re working with a long established

heavy civil and commercial general contractor

delivering infrastructure and building projects across New York City.

They are looking for a

Field Supervisor

to run multiple active sites across the five boroughs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee 2–3 live construction projects at once

• Manage internal crews and subcontractors on site

• Coordinate daily field operations and site logistics

• Be the main on-site contact for foremen and subcontractors

• Support basic admin (emails, updates, reports, documentation)

• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule requirements are met

• Move between job sites across NYC

What they’re looking for:

• Strong field supervision experience in heavy civil or commercial construction

• Comfortable running multiple sites at the same time

• Experience managing crews and subcontractors

• Hands-on, practical approach to site problem solving

• Able to handle light admin and communication tasks

• NYC project experience essential
