We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove team impediments, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will coach teams on Scrum principles, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Remove blockers and support the team's productivity.
- Coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is preferred.
