Title

: Senior Construction Manager

About The Job

Enterris Associates is a trusted, full-service consulting firm specializing in program and project management, risk analysis and mitigation, claims support, compliance, and dispute resolution. We partner with the public sector and utility clients to drive the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Our advisory services include testing and inspection, contract administration and oversight, compliance monitoring, and comprehensive construction and project management — all tailored to help our clients navigate challenges and achieve their goals with confidence.

Description

At Enterris Associates, we're not just managing projects—we're shaping the future of our communities, one brick at a time. If you're a driven, hands-on leader who thrives on the thrill of coordinating high-stakes builds from blueprint to ribbon-cutting, this role is your ultimate challenge. Imagine being the mastermind behind educational projects that inspire the next generation, juggling budgets, teams, and tight timelines with the precision of a seasoned pro.

In this pivotal position, you'll take charge of every phase: managing, overseeing, and coordinating pre-construction, bidding, construction, and close-out for assigned projects. Dive deep into pre-construction documents, spotting hidden gems for improvement, and collaborate with designers to refine plans that set the stage for flawless execution. You'll be the vigilant guardian of progress, monitoring close-out processes, securing DSA certifications, and ensuring financial wrap-ups that leave everyone celebrating a win.

Reporting to upper management is your strategic rhythm—crafting organized reports on project status and milestones to keep the big picture in focus. As our connector extraordinaire, you'll liaise with public agencies for seamless off-site compliance and sync with district staff to eliminate roadblocks. Budgets and schedules? You'll own them, balancing our rigorous standards with real-time oversight to deliver on time and under budget, turning potential pitfalls into proud achievements.

Day-to-day, you'll guide contractors—reviewing schedules, submittals, and RFC responses to keep things humming. Scrutinize substitution requests to uphold specs, negotiate change orders for fair deals, and assess schedule impacts to maintain unstoppable momentum. Handle payments for contractors, architects, engineers, and more, administer professional service agreements, and coordinate deliveries of fixtures, furniture, and equipment. It's a role that rewards sharp instincts, quick problem-solving, and a passion for turning obstacles into opportunities—perfect for someone who loves building something extraordinary.

We're seeking a proactive visionary with an eye for detail and a collaborative heart. If this sounds like the adventure you've been waiting for, join us and help create legacies that matter. Apply today and let's build a better tomorrow together!
