Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Learning \& Development Specialist to provide quality training and development services to our clients. This role is responsible for consulting with clients to assess learning needs, designing customized training solutions, delivering impactful programs, and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Client Consultation \& Needs Assessment

  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business goals and performance challenges.
  • Conduct training needs analyses through interviews, surveys, and assessments.
  • Recommend learning strategies aligned with client objectives.

2\. Training Design \& Development

  • Design customized learning programs (classroom, virtual, blended, and e-learning).
  • Adapt training materials to client industry, culture, and workforce needs.

3\. Program Delivery \& Facilitation

  • Facilitate engaging workshops, leadership development sessions, and skill-based training.
  • Deliver sessions to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and operational teams.
  • Manage training logistics and coordinate with client teams to ensure smooth execution.

4\. Project \& Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders regarding progress and outcomes.

5\. Evaluation \& Reporting

  • Measure training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare post-training reports and present findings to client stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance future learning initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Any Graduate. MBA in Human Resources and related fields is preferred.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning \& Development.
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting role preferred.
  • Proven experience facilitating training programs.

Skills \& Competencies

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure program impact.
  • Programs are delivered professionally and exceed client expectations.
