About the role

We are looking for Senior Controller drives financial planning, reporting, and analysis across international markets, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring accurate governance during key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Monitor financial performance of international markets, analyzing revenues, margins, and profitability by region, channel, and customer segment.
  • Partner with commercial teams to evaluate business performance, commercial initiatives, pricing structures, and promotional investments.
  • Conduct variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support business cases for new market entries, product launches, and commercial strategies. Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reporting packages in line with group guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across all reporting systems and entities.
  • Own budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned markets, coordinating with local teams to ensure robust financial planning.
  • Develop analytical reports and dashboards to support management decision‑making. Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations.
  • Enhance controlling processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the quality and speed of financial analysis.
  • Drive standardization of reporting templates and KPIs across markets.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international, commercial‑driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of P\&L dynamics, pricing models, and commercial performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate reporting frameworks and financial planning processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with a hands‑on approach
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, international environment.
