, a leading multinational company in the healthcare sector, is looking for an
FP\&A Analyst
to join our finance team. In this role, you will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring activities across the business. You will be responsible for collecting and consolidating financial data, conducting variance analysis, and preparing management reports that provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. This is a
hybrid
position based in Madrid, with 3 days per week required at our office.
Job description
- Supports the team in preparing all the reporting deliverables (revenue, EBITDA, monthly and quarterly reports and presentations).
- Supports the countries in corporate requests to meet group deadlines and deliverables.
- Analyses and provides feedback on country submissions and in particular the variance analysis and liaise with countries where items are not clear.
- Consolidates monthly variance analysis for financial statements.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within finance.
- Prepares the OP, forecasts, and regularly monitors budget utilization for Corporate.
- Reviews staff costs across all Corporate functions and supports the preparation of month-end deliverables.
- Supports the annual budgeting process.
- Supports the team in OneStream improvements.
Qualifications
- University/College degree in Economics
- Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience with SAP and OneStream
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
