Two exited founders just raised a seed round and they are off to the races.

Our client is building one of the most exciting AI infrastructure companies we have seen in years. They are already working with some of the biggest companies in the world and the product basically sells itself. Early days, massive market, real revenue, and a founding team that has done this before. Now it's time to build out the Engineering team from the ground up!

The Role

High ownership, high responsibility. You will own major parts of the product end to end including architecture, implementation, and customer deployment. You will work directly with users, shape the roadmap, and help define what great looks like on both the product and the team.

What You Will Build

• Core systems that track and attribute AI generated code at the line level across Git workflows
• High performance pipelines for ingesting, processing, and querying developer and agent activity
• Deep integrations with Git internals to collect data without interrupting developer workflows
• Integrations with leading coding agents including Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot
• Observability and analytics systems that measure agent autonomy and long term effectiveness
• Enterprise self hosted deployments with strict requirements around performance, security, and reliability

What We Are Looking For

• 5\+ years of engineering experience with a startup background, Seed through Series C
• Strong full stack or systems engineer with depth in backend, infrastructure, or distributed systems
• Experience building production systems that need to be fast and reliable
• High agency individuals who want real ownership, not just a ticket queue
• Strong product intuition and genuine opinions about how developers use what they build
• We use Rust and TypeScript but are flexible on background
• Bonus: experience with Git internals, developer tooling, or observability and telemetry systems
