We are looking for an

AI Data Scientist

to join our analytics and AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solution development. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex enterprise data into actionable insights and predictive models that support decision-making across functions such as

Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, and Commercial

.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand problem statements and define analytical approaches.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end data science and AI solutions.
• Perform

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models including:
• Classification
• Regression
• Forecasting
• Clustering
• Recommendation systems

Required Skills \& Experience:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in

Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics

.

• Strong programming skills in

Python

(Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and

SQL

.

• Solid understanding of

Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning techniques

.

• Strong foundation in

Statistics

, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and probability distributions.

• Experience with

data visualization tools

such as

Power BI / Microsoft Fabric

, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.

• Experience working with

cloud platforms

such as

Azure (preferred)

, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiarity with

version control systems (Git)

.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
