What You'll Do
- Lead field investigations including drilling oversight, soil and rock sampling, and groundwater monitoring
- Review and develop Health and Safety Plans (HASP) and ensure team safety in the field
- Perform complex data collection, analysis, and interpretation using geologic and environmental methods
- Prepare and review technical reports, maps, and figures
- Manage several small projects and occasionally lead larger, multidisciplinary projects
- Serve as a secondary client contact and support client relationship development
- Assist in developing project strategy, scope, and budgets
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and coordinate project team activities
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of deliverables
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science or Engineering
- 5\+ Years of Field Experience - specifically soil sampling, groundwater sampling, within a remediation context
- Strong technical report writing capabilities
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate with clients
Salary Range
Starting at $85,000
