Customer Delivery Lead

to own execution for

customer delivery \+

innovation projects

. You’ll be the customer-facing delivery owner—driving weekly cadence,

clarity, and outcomes—partnering with our global engineering teams. You’ll also get hands-on

as needed to troubleshoot, ship quick fixes, cover delivery gaps, and support lightweight

POCs/demos.

What you’ll do

 Lead customer cadence: plan, priorities, action items, risks, decisions

 Translate customer needs into clear requirements \+ acceptance criteria

 Coordinate with engineering to deliver and demo outcomes

 Support integrations at a practical level (APIs, webhooks, auth basics)

 Use AI tools daily to speed up: meeting notes, requirements, plans, triage, and delivery

artifacts

Must-have

 2–4 yrs in delivery/implementation/project coordination (tech/services)

 Strong customer communication \+ execution rigor

 Technical fluency \+ basic API/integration familiarity

 AI-first mindset (uses AI to work faster, but owns accuracy)

Nice-to-have

 GTM / sales support experience (discovery, demos, estimates)
