Superintendent - Tilt-Wall \& Industrial Construction

We are partnering with several leading general contractors and developer-builders throughout the Houston market seeking experienced Superintendents with a background delivering tilt-wall and industrial construction projects. These opportunities offer the chance to lead ground-up developments ranging from distribution centers and warehouses to manufacturing, industrial, commercial, and business park projects. Our clients are looking for field leaders who can drive schedules, manage subcontractors, maintain quality standards, and successfully deliver projects from sitework through turnover.

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Superintendents to oversee all field operations on ground-up tilt-wall and industrial construction projects throughout the Greater Houston area. These roles offer long-term growth opportunities with established builders known for strong project pipelines, repeat clients, and employee stability. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, inspections, and site activities.
• Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership groups, design teams, and clients.
• Maintain project safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and oversee workforce productivity.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address field challenges.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with contract documents.
• Manage multiple structures and phases on larger industrial campus developments.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

What They're Looking For

• 5\+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up tilt-wall projects.
• Industrial, warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, cold storage, or large commercial project experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to lead field teams and maintain project momentum in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing multiple buildings, phases, or concurrent project scopes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA certifications and construction-related training preferred.
