Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Your leadership will drive organizational development, enhance workforce management strategies, and support our company's growth objectives. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) utilization, and onboarding programs such as employee orientation.
  • Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training \& development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
  • Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment that complies with OSHA standards.
  • Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation claims, and retirement plans using platforms like Workday, Paychex, or ADP.
  • Ensure compliance with employment \& labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), affirmative action planning, and other legal requirements.
  • Coordinate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection, data entry, and reporting to support strategic planning and workforce management efforts.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices in talent management.
  • Strong understanding of employment \& labor law regulations including OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Proven experience in change management initiatives and project management within HR functions.
  • Expertise in recruiting strategies utilizing ATS tools like iCIMS, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors; proficiency with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and facilitate training \& development programs.
  • Ability to handle benefits administration tasks using platforms like Paychex or Workday; experience with payroll systems such as Kronos or Paylocity is advantageous.
