  • HYBRID POSITION ** REMOTE BUT MUST REPORT TO 1 of 3 LOCATIONS 2 TIMES PER MONTH

IRVING,TX , ORLANDO, FL, or DUBLIN, OH

Responsibilities for a Talent Acquisition Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for experienced and entry-level positions using Workday.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through networking, referrals, internet sourcing, and talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate background checks, extend verbal offers, and manage onboarding activities, including start dates and orientation scheduling.
  • Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and college recruiting while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Candidates for the Recruiter position must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of staffing or talent acquisition experience, including three (3) years of direct recruiting in a high-volume, difficult-to-source environment.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience using Workday is required.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR/SPHR certification and insurance industry recruiting experience are a plus.
