UX/UI Product Designer

We’re building a SaaS platform for Australian small businesses to manage clients, quotes, jobs, schedules, invoices, expenses, and team members in one place.

Our goal is to simplify daily operations for service businesses and help them run more efficiently.

You’ll join our product team in Hanoi and design clean, intuitive experiences across our web application, marketing website, and mobile apps (iOS/Android).

What you’ll do

• Design UX and UI for our SaaS web app, marketing website, and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Design and improve core product journeys, including:
• Quote → Job → Schedule → Time Tracking → Invoice → Reports.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Contribute to a simple and reusable design system (components, styles, patterns).
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are practical and well implemented.
• Review implemented features, gather feedback from users and the team, and iterate to improve usability and conversion.

Who we’re looking for

• Based in Hanoi (onsite or hybrid).
• A strong portfolio showing product design work (web or mobile apps — not only marketing or graphic design).
• Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile UX patterns.
• Comfortable using Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and component-based design.
• Able to simplify complex workflows into clear user experiences.
• English: comfortable reading and writing (documentation, specs, async communication).
• Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback.
• Interest in SaaS products or business tools is a plus.
