We’re looking for a

Senior Database Administrator

to join a growing team supporting critical database systems that power core business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-availability environment and enjoys optimizing performance, ensuring reliability, and driving continuous improvements across database architecture.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain database systems for performance, availability, and reliability

• Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks

• Design and implement scalable database structures

• Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes

• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and enhancements

• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Support data security, compliance, and documentation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 5\+ years of DBA experience in production environments

• Strong expertise in

SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL

• Experience with

performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high-availability systems

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Microsoft SQL Certifications (MCP, MCITP, or MCTS)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work client-facing

Nice to Have:

• Experience in

financial services or regulated environments

• Knowledge of database security and compliance frameworks

• Experience with multiple database platforms (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
