Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions.
· Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
· Accountability and commitment are essential to developing accounts and delivering orders
Qualifications
· Minimum of \+7 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving order growth.
· Set up strong leadership with customers
· Ability to build strategic relationships with customers
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including sales tools.
· Identification of critical success factors and decision criteria
· Passion to drive customers, develop pipeline and winning
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
· Desired experience in strategic account management.
· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
