  • Takes ownership and follows through
  • Detail oriented and efficient with time management

  • Help open new accounts by getting Beer Girl in front of decision makers and supporting placements alongside distributor
  • Own performance in market by focusing on both: New placements: generating demand through events, tastings, and relationships. Existing accounts: identifying where Beer Girl is sold and executing activations to increase velocity
  • Execute targeted samplings, demos, and promotions that drive sell-through, repeat orders, and long-term success
  • Act as a true partner to distributor - bringing energy, ideas, and execution that directly impact performance

Manage \& Lead Brand Ambassadors

  • Provide real-time feedback from the field to inform digital campaigns, content, and POS development
  • Take full ownership of market execution - ensuring strategies are not just planned, but brought to life effectively on the ground

Be the Eyes \& Ears of the Market

  • Continuously identify new opportunities for placements, events, and partnerships
  • Build strong relationships with bar managers, buyers, and local influencers
  • Provide real-time feedback on what’s working and where to focus
