Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and applicable tax regulations.

* Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.

* Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.

* Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for management.

* Monitor cash flow and support strategic financial planning.

* Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

* Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

* 5\+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

* Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

* Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

* Advanced Excel skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90,724\.00 - $147,216\.00 per year
