Job Description

EuroterraCapital is a London-based property developer focused on delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. The company manages projects from site acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery, with a strong emphasis on design quality, commercial viability, and long-term value creation.

We are seeking a talented Part III Architect to join our growing team and support the design and delivery of our development portfolio. This role provides the opportunity to work directly within a developer environment, collaborating closely with consultants, planning teams, and contractors to ensure design excellence and efficient project delivery.

The Role:

As a Part III Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the design, planning, and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments across London. Working alongside internal development managers and external consultant teams, you will help guide projects from early feasibility stages through planning and into construction. This position is ideal for an architect who is interested in bridging design, development strategy, and project delivery within a property developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of architectural concepts, feasibility studies, and design strategies for new development opportunities.
  • Review and develop architectural proposals to ensure they align with project objectives, planning constraints, and commercial requirements.
  • Produce and review architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation across relevant RIBA work stages.
  • Contribute to the preparation of design presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of planning applications and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with planning consultants, architects, engineers, and other external consultants to ensure coordinated design solutions.
  • Monitor design progress to ensure compliance with UK planning policies, building regulations, and project specifications.
  • Support the technical development of projects through detailed design and construction stages.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and consultant information to ensure buildability and design integrity.
  • Respond to contractor queries and support the resolution of design and technical issues during construction.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultant teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and planning advisors.
  • Participate in project meetings, design workshops, and site visits as required.

Skills \& Experience

  • Qualified Architect with RIBA Part III / ARB registration.
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system, building regulations, and construction processes.
  • Experience working across multiple RIBA stages, from concept design through to delivery.
  • Strong design, technical, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Personal Attributes

  • Detail-oriented with a strong design sensibility.
  • Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across disciplines.
  • Interest in the broader development process beyond architectural design.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work client-side within a property development company.
  • Exposure to projects from acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial working environment.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
