The Krizner Group is partnering with the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida in search of a dedicated Human Resources Generalist. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to lead the enhancement of the HR department, making a significant impact on the organization. Responsibilities
- This Role is On-site in Fort Myers
- Help develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing of candidates
- Facilitate effective employee onboarding and training programs
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure competitive offerings
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to nonprofit organizations
- This is a high trust position
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
