Responsibilities

• This Role is On-site in Fort Myers
• Help develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing of candidates
• Facilitate effective employee onboarding and training programs
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure competitive offerings
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to nonprofit organizations
• This is a high trust position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
