The Opportunity
At Infotrust, we are continuing to scale our Partnerships \& Alliances capability.
We’re looking for a Vendor Partner \& Alliances Manager to play a key role in executing our partner strategy and ensuring our vendor ecosystem runs effectively day-to-day.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure, consistency, and follow-through to complex environments - working closely with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure activity translates into real outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships and Alliances, you’ll be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of strategy and coordination of partner activity:
- Execute strategic partner initiatives across Cyber, Managed Technology, and DFIR
- Manage day-to-day engagement with assigned vendor partners
- Drive operating cadence, including pipeline check-ins and partner reviews
- Support sales by connecting internal teams with vendor counterparts
- Coordinate enablement activities (training, certifications, campaigns)
- Maintain visibility across pipeline activity, renewals, and deal registrations
- Provide practical insights on partner performance and activity

About You
You’re a strong operator who takes pride in strategy execution and keeping things moving:
- 3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, alliances, channel, or vendor management
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across commercial and technical teams
- Commercially aware, with exposure to pipeline or sales activity
- Clear, practical communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, coachable, and comfortable taking ownership
Nice to have:
- Exposure to cybersecurity, MSP/MSSP, or technology vendors
- Experience supporting partner reviews, QBRs, or joint planning
- Involvement in sales enablement or go-to-market initiatives
