We’re looking for a creative, motivated individual to join us as a Marketing \& Community Outreach Intern from March - April. Interns who demonstrate consistent participation and strong performance will receive a $100 stipend at the end of the internship.

In this role, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in digital content creation, outreach strategy, and audience engagement. You’ll support campaigns, connect with key audiences, and help grow our community presence through both online and offline channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media and email marketing
• Help develop outreach strategies to connect with local organizations and community partners
• Support planning and promotion of events, workshops, or virtual engagements
• Track and report on engagement metrics and campaign performance
• Maintain and organize outreach contacts and CRM records

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable interacting with people online and in person
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp
• Interest in storytelling, community building, or brand development
• Bonus: experience with Canva, content scheduling tools, or CRM software

Details:

• Internship Dates: March – April
• Hours: 5 hours per week (flexible around school hrs etc)
• Compensation: $50 stipend and a glowing recommendation letter awarded based on performance at the end of the one month period.
• Location: Remote/ Occasional in person meetings
