- Partner closely with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and HSE teams to align procurement execution with large-scale capital project schedules and operational objectives.
- Drive EPC and construction procurement efforts supporting modularization programs and industrial plant buildouts.
- Manage supplier relationships, vendor performance metrics, commercial negotiations, and supplier risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement material management, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain operational processes while driving adoption across internal stakeholders.
- Support inbound logistics planning and material coordination for medium-to-large industrial modules and complex equipment packages.
- Contribute to ERP implementation initiatives and help operationalize procurement controls, standards, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Ensure compliance with procurement governance, contractual requirements, quality standards, and commercial controls across global supply chain operations.
- Support operational readiness efforts tied to industrial facility deployment, commissioning, and future plant expansion initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 20\+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain management, sourcing, logistics, and industrial operations support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience operating within EPC
(Engineering, Procurement \& Construction) environments
supporting major capital projects and industrial plant operations.
- Strong background in construction procurement, subcontractor coordination, industrial equipment sourcing, and technical materials procurement.
- Experience supporting owner-operator industrial environments and operational facilities.
- Proven expertise managing procurement activities from FEL (Front-End Loading) through construction, commissioning, and operational handoff.
- Deep understanding of supplier performance management, cost controls, commercial risk management, and contract administration.
- Experience with modular construction programs, logistics coordination, vendor packages, and industrial material management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering, operations, construction, project controls, finance, legal, and safety teams.
- Advanced ERP system experience, preferably Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise procurement systems.
- Willingness to temporarily relocate to Moses Lake, WA and maintain flexibility for future deployment to project or plant locations.
