We are currently recruiting for a senior operational leadership opportunity within one of North London’s busiest and most fast-paced large-scale warehouse and retail operations

.This role would suit an experienced operational leader from a high-volume environment who is used to managing large teams, driving standards, improving productivity and leading from the front within demanding operations

.

The environment is fast, hands-on and highly operational, requiring someone who thrives under pressure, can make decisions quickly and is comfortable managing pace, standards and accountability across a large tea

m.

You will be responsible for overseeing a major warehouse and operational function, managing a team of 35\+ staff within a busy, customer-focused environment where stock availability, efficiency and operational standards are critical to succe
