Requirements
- 15\+ years of experience across marketing, sales, healthcare, or managed care environments, with exposure to Medicaid populations strongly preferred.

- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payer-provider dynamics, clinical workflows, and value-based care models.
- Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies leveraging digital, social, and AI-enabled tools.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated track record of leading brand development, strategic communications, and complex narrative building in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
- High level of adaptability, strategic thinking, and commitment to continuous improvement.
