Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented High-end Residential Cabinet Makers and Installers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting custom cabinetry and expertly installing high-quality woodwork in luxury homes. Your craftsmanship will elevate interior spaces, delivering exceptional results that meet precise specifications and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke projects, utilizing advanced woodworking techniques and construction skills to create beautiful, functional cabinetry that transforms the finest homes in DFW.

Duties

• Read and interpret detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of custom cabinetry.
• Fabricate cabinets and woodwork using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Install cabinetry, fixtures, doors, trim, and other wood components with precision on residential sites.
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks involved in cabinet installation and related carpentry work.
• Conduct site measurements, ensure proper alignment, and make adjustments for a seamless fit within the home’s interior design.
• Maintain safety standards by practicing power tool safety protocols and handling all equipment responsibly during fabrication and installation processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship while adhering to construction plans and company's HIGH standards.

Experience

• MUST HAVE proven experience in high-end residential carpentry, cabinet making, or related woodworking fields.
• MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FOR EACH JOB. Dallas, Fort Worth, Westlake, Etc....
• MUST BE CLEAN CUT AND PRESENTABLE TO HIGH-END CLIENTS.
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate them into precise craftsmanship.
• MUST HAVE GOOD PERSONAL TOOLS SUCH AS Festool, Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita, (not Ryobi or other junk). Should have saws, router, levels, drills, finish guns, etc...
• MUST BE ENGLISH SPEAKING
