2\. About the Opportunity:

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, guiding the alignment of people strategy with organizational goals. This role drives workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement efforts, while leading initiatives that promote employee development and career growth. It contributes directly to the organization’s success by supporting talent retention, internal mobility, and fostering a consistent, effective employee experience across teams.

3\. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, career development, and talent retention
  • Use people data and analytics to identify workforce trends and recommend action plans
  • Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and development resources
  • Support career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility aligned with performance frameworks
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent policies and employee experiences

4\. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5\+ years of HR experience, including success as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs; managing payroll and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment regulations, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Analytical ability to interpret people data and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) and SaaS or technology-driven environment experience are a plus

5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Final compensation is determined based on a candidate''s relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location
  • This position is also eligible for an annual bonus
