Key areas of impact include:

  • Supporting and executing social media, digital marketing, and content initiatives across multiple channels
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and timely project completion
  • Helping drive customer engagement and lead generation through targeted campaigns, sales support, and event marketing
  • Tracking marketing performance, competitive activity, and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Managing logistics and execution for trade shows, events, and other brand-building initiatives
  • Keeping marketing operations organized, including project timelines, content needs, vendor communication, and materials across locations

The Background That Fits

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of creativity, organization, and execution. This person should be comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, creating content, supporting campaigns, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal background includes:

  • 2–3\+ years of marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience supporting social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance deadlines, stakeholders, and shifting priorities
  • Comfort using data, reporting, and analytics to evaluate performance and guide marketing decisions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership from start to finish
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent a brand consistently across different audiences
