Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead health \& wellness business requirements, drive process transformation, and deliver impactful digital solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, customer‑centric capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business requirement management for health \& wellness initiatives
• Elicit, document, and validate

• Lead stakeholder workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirement walkthroughs
• Design and maintain business process flows, journey maps, and process impact analyses
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with functional owners to shape capability vision, roadmap, and prioritization
• Lead UAT activities including test planning, execution, and sign‑off
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery aligned with business objectives

Required Experience \& Skills

• Minimum 3 years in

health insurance

• Strong understanding of health insurance products, operations, and systems
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end implementation of insurance platforms
• Expertise in BRDs, user stories, wireframes, UX flows, and customer journey mapping
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands‑on experience with

JIRA, Confluence, BI tools, and SDLC platforms
