Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager

This boutique project management consultancy have established themselves as a leading owner's rep in the cultural, civic, education and non-for-profit space in NYC and, increasingly, nationally.

Due to recent project wins and an already robust 2026/27 project pipeline, they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team of consultants.

They are looking for someone with circa 10\+ years' experience. This experience should, ideally, include cultural, education and/or non-for-profit project experience; and there is a strong preference for someone coming from the owner's rep space. However, they are open to candidates from the CM or architecture side if they have relevant project experience and can demonstrate the right attitude and soft skills to work in this space.
