What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize daily schedules for service technicians
• Dispatch calls efficiently based on priority, location, and skill set
• Coordinate return visits and ensure parts/jobs are properly staged
• Keep customers informed on arrival times and schedule updates
• Maintain accurate customer and job data in the system
• Support technicians with job details, quotes, and communication
• Assist with parts ordering, POs, and coordination with internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 3\+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication with both customers and field teams
• Ability to problem-solve and adjust quickly when schedules change
• Comfortable using dispatching software, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems
• Geographic awareness and ability to route efficiently
• Detail-oriented and accountable-you own your role
