Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, components, and accessories (steel, hardware, glass, finishes, etc.)
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, lead time, cost).
Ensure on-time material availability to support manufacturing and project deadlines
Maintaining and updating regularly Material Requirement Planning in SAP (MRP)
Material management and analysis including annual inventory
Control costs, optimize stock levels, and reduce procurement risks
Conduct RFQs, cost breakdown analysis, and commercial evaluations.
Issue POs, track deliveries, and resolve supply issues proactively
Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Finance, and Logistics
Maintain supplier performance, pricing agreements, and procurement records

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in procurement within manufacturing (steel, metal, construction, doors, or similar industries preferred)
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Solid understanding of materials, lead times, and cost structures
Ability to read technical drawings and understand BOM structures
Organized, decisive, and comfortable working under pressure
ERP / procurement system experience is a plus especially SAP
