Director, Global Product Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Product Leader to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals \& Biotech space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $187,000 – $233,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Global Product Teams to drive program strategy and execution
• Act as primary contact for CEO regarding program progression and strategy risks
• Develop coordinated product development plans aligned with business goals
• Drive innovative problem-solving to mitigate risks and handle conflicts effectively
• Manage prioritization of activities to enhance program value and outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated leadership in product development for oncology
• PhD, MD, MPH, MS, or advanced degree preferred but a Bachelor's in a science related field is required
• 8 years of supervisory experience in relevant roles
• Strong understanding of drug development, particularly early to mid-stage
