Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and enhance the sales operations for a growing organization in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, mentor teams, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organizational revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize inbound and inside sales opportunities.
- Oversee account management practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to sales staff, fostering attention to detail and a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance productivity.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in inside and inbound sales environments.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in account management and client relationship building.
- Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
