About the Role

We're looking for a

Video Editor \& Social Media Manager

to own the full content cycle: from raw footage to published post. You'll edit fast-paced social content, apply basic motion graphics to elevate production quality, and manage publishing strategy across platforms — including timing optimization and performance testing.

This role suits someone with a sharp visual eye, a solid sense of storytelling, and the ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Do

• Edit video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn — with a strong focus on pacing, hooks, and retention.
• Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, interviews) into short, platform-ready clips.
• Apply basic motion graphics: text animations, lower thirds, and transitions using After Effects or similar.
• Manage content publishing across platforms, ensuring correct formatting, captions, and scheduling.
• Post content at optimal times based on platform analytics and audience behavior.
• Run A/B tests on thumbnails, captions, and posting times to continuously improve reach and engagement.
• Iterate based on performance data and feedback.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and video editing, with a portfolio focused on social content.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar — plus basic After Effects (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience managing and scheduling posts across social platforms.
• Familiarity with platform analytics and data-driven content decisions.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Clear communicator, open to feedback, and proactive by default.
• B2-C1 English level preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Descript, or similar).
• Background working with startups or fast-moving digital brands.

Engagement Model

• Freelance — project-based or monthly retainer.
• 100% remote.
• Ongoing collaboration based on performance.
