Behavior Specialist (Special Education Department)

Ascent Academies of Utah is now accepting applications for a Behavior Specialist in the Special Education Department (Saratoga and Lehi campus). The position will be a 40-hour, full-time position. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. AAU also offers a full benefits package to those who qualify.

Ascent Academies of Utah (AAU) is a network of charter schools that provides its students with a rich and individualized academic program utilizing the successful Schoolwide Enrichment Model (SEM). AAU’s network of schools combines SEM’s research-based strategies with curriculum and instructional methods aligned to the Utah Core Curriculum to provide students with engaging learning opportunities throughout the network. Qualified applicants should have a background in student behavior. Prior experience in the field of behavior is preferred. Certified BCBA or enrolled in a BCBA program is required. The salary offer is based on years of experience and qualifications.
