Senior Art Director

della is an always-on creative studio that builds Content Universes for brands. We work across strategy, content, and design to help brands show up with consistency, intention, and impact.

We are looking for a Senior Art Director who thinks in systems and executes with craft. Someone who can concept and make things - across formats, channels, and categories.

What you will do

Lead art direction across 360 campaigns, social content, brand identity, and physical design. Concept original ideas and see them through to execution. Bring a strong visual eye to photo and video production. Design swag, packaging, and brand extensions that people actually want to keep. Pitch work with confidence. Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and clients to shape the visual language of brands.

What you bring

5\+ years in art direction, with a graphic design background that shows in your work. Experience at an agency, in-house at a brand, or both. A portfolio that spans formats and categories. A genuine design sensibility rooted in craft, not trend-chasing. Experience concepting for advertising, social, and campaign work. A point of view, and the ability to articulate it.

Based in London. This is an onsite position.
