We’re looking for talented engineers with background automation experience in developing end-to-end automation solutions onto cloud infrastructure using scripting and various orchestration tools. Involves developing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize various aspects of IT operations, including monitoring, incident management, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT operations and AI/ML technologies, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and enhancing the overall performance of IT systems.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate that demonstrates strong proficiency in scripting and the candidate should be skilled in working with clients to identify if tasks can be automated and implementing automation solution for the same.

You will be working mainly on providing end to end automation solutions including creation of frontend UI for the Tasks which falls with the scope of cloud infrastructure including but not limited to provisioning. Decommissioning, maintenance of resources using Scripting, orchestration tools. You would be extensively working on integration of other tools using APIs as part of developing automation in the respective areas. Being an Automation expert you should have skills to provide solution for ticketing automation. Also experience working on CAM team that focused on application-level monitoring, code level debugging, self-healing via automation and root cause analysis. Your daily tasks will include the following:

RoleSpecific Responsibilities

• Programming Languages: Extensive experience in PowerShell, Python,Java and Bash other relevant programming languages.
• Machine Learning Frameworks: Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Front-End Technologies: Extensive experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Technologies: Extensive experience in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• API Development: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Data Management: Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL), data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Cloud Platforms: Manages the evaluation of Cloud Automation IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell DSC) and recommend those that best meet the organization's requirements and Responsible for managing the configuration of all IaaS assets across the platforms (Azure, AWS \& GCP)
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive insights.
• Proficiency in AI/ML model development, training, and deployment.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AIOps solutions in large-scale environments; strong expertise as an Automation Engineer with a focus on AIOps, Generative AI, and Conversational AI.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog New Relic) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow

Hyderabad.

Timings:

2 to 11 PM

Working Model:

Hybrid – 3 days’ work from Office as of now (will have to resume back completely based on firm’s guidance)

Qualifications

Required:

7\+ years of experience in the IT field.

• Minimum of 5\+ years direct, hands-on experience with any of the scripting/programming languages (Python, Java, Bash, etc.).
• Minimum 5\+ Years of experience in developing automation solutions like ticket automations using orchestration tools like (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Chef etc) and Experience working with DevOps including but not limited to container technologies like Docker \& Kubernetes
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing webpages using pHp , or similar Back-End Technologies
• Minimum 5\+ years’ experience in APIs, web services, and integration technologies (e.g., FastAPI, REST, GraphQL, Kafka) through scripting.
• 4\+ years direct, hands-on experience with automated cloud provisioning and management on any of the Cloud Platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP (Must Have)
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques applied to IT operations.
• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning algorithms. - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, scikit-learn, for developing AI models
• AI/ML Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to automate IT operations tasks such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and incident response.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AIOps solutions in large-scale environments; strong expertise as an Automation Engineer with a focus on AIOps, Generative AI, and Conversational AI.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately with business and technical teams.
• Good understanding of the principles and best practices of Software Cloud Automation and Monitoring in Agile, Scrum.
• Good Knowledge in Administration of Production, Development and Test environments carrying different operating system platforms like Windows, Ubuntu, Red Hat Linux, SUSE Linux, Centos.Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, etc.
