Manager - QA (Coated)

• Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance department for coated products.
• Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and specifications for all products.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality control processes are being followed.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and address non-conformities.
• Train QA staff on quality procedures and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and meet customer requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology to enhance quality practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and suggest improvements.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to analyze complex data.
