Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with 3-4 years of experience who has strong expertise in SQL and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions, from requirement gathering to final delivery and support.
• Own the complete dashboard lifecycle, including data understanding, data modeling, development, deployment, optimization, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business problems, translate them into analytical requirements, and propose data-driven business solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Use Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources such as relational databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance data models and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions.

Required Skills \& Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
• Experience with Python for automation, data manipulation, and analytics.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with APIs and cloud-based data sources (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in data modeling and managing end-to-end BI/dashboard deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions.
• Experience with Tableau performance tuning and optimization.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and integration.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Databricks knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail and/or e-commerce domains is a plus.
