Data Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will harness the power of data to drive strategic decision-making, optimize business processes, and deliver impactful insights through advanced analytics and visualization tools. The Data Analyst moves five years of legacy cost data into Oracle Cloud EPM, checks its quality, and helps build the reports users rely on.

Responsibilities

• Map and validate legacy data to the Oracle EPM target structures, including personnel, financial, workload, and expense data.
• Support migration of five fiscal years of historical data, including reconciliation of migrated totals against the legacy system.
• Analyze data quality, identify issues such as duplicates and negative expenses, and document fixes.
• Help build standard and user-defined reports and dashboards, including financial, workload, manpower, and cost accounting reports.
• Support testing of data loads and reports, and document data mappings and validation results.

Required qualifications

• 5\+ years of data analysis experience, ideally on ERP or financial-system migrations.
• Proficiency with SQL and reporting or BI tools.
• Experience validating legacy-to-target data mappings.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications

• Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or Oracle Narrative Reporting experience.
• Experience with healthcare cost, workload, or manpower data.
• Federal program experience.

No security clearance is required, but each hire must be US citizen and pass a federal background investigation.

• Successful Tier 2 background investigation (SF-85 or SF-86) and eligibility for a
• Common Access Card (CAC).
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Completion of HIPAA, Privacy Act, and cybersecurity training within 30 business days of starting, and annually after that.
• Signing the program non-disclosure agreement before starting work.

Pay: $90,000\.00 - $110,000\.00 per year
